Position OverviewWe are supporting Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center in seeking an EMS Driver to support emergency response services.
As an EMS Driver, you will safely operate ambulance vehicles, assist with patient movement, and help ensure each emergency response runs smoothly.
You will work alongside Emergency Medical Technicians, paramedics, and emergency responders as part of a coordinated care team.

What You Will Do- Operate emergency vehicles safely in accordance with Washington State laws
- Respond to emergency medical services calls and assist with patient transport
- Support Emergency Medical Technicians and medical personnel during emergency response
- Assist with moving patients and operating equipment such as stretchers and lifts
- Maintain ambulance readiness including cleaning, restocking, and equipment checks
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and emergency teams via radio
- Complete trip documentation and transport records
- Maintain professionalism and compassion when interacting with patients and families
- Follow all safety, personal protective equipment, and privacy guidelines
You do not need a clinical background to make a difference.
You are:

Helping ensure patients get the care they need quickly
Supporting life‑saving work behind the scenes

What We Are Looking For- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Ability to stay calm and focused in fast‑paced situations
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
- Ability to work respectfully with patients, families, and team members
- Ability to assist with lifting and physical tasks as needed
- Previous experience with transport equipment is helpful but not required
- Current Basic Life Support or First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
- Participation in required emergency medical services training programs
- Ability to respond within ten minutes while on‑call
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and confidentiality
On‑call supplemental role
Rotating schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Work EnvironmentField‑based emergency response

Direct collaboration with emergency medical services, fire services, and hospital staff
