Description
A Patient Care Coordinator provides a variety of receptionist and skilled clerical duties in support of the clinics. This position is responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. The PCC performs prior authorizations as necessary and works to promote a team concept and reflect the mission and values of the facility.
Required Qualifications- Customer service related experience.
- 6 months of office or medical office experience.
- 6 months of electronic medical record / practice management experience.
Pay Range: $19.97 - $30.54 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
