Clinic Manager

• Three to five years of progressive clinic management experience, including direct staff supervision; excellent interpersonal and customer skills; ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organization; working knowledge of primary care and specialty clinic operations.
• Education:
  
  Nursing degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related healthcare field.
• Technical skills:
  Ability to use PC‑based programs including MS Office; effective verbal and written communication; ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work schedule independently; strong experience and expertise with electronic medical records (EMR).

This position provides leadership and oversight for daily clinic operations, business functions, technical support, and clinical support activities.

• Manage, plan, and coordinate day‑to‑day clinic operations, including supervision, coaching, and mentoring of clinic staff; monitor the delivery of patient services; serve as a liaison among patients, community partners, hospital staff, providers, and administration.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
• Develop, maintain, and annually review Ocean Beach Health Clinic policies and procedures to support compliance with Rural Health Clinic, federal, state, and licensure requirements.
