Compensation: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Provide medication reminders and ensure client safety
• Deliver professional and compassionate in-home caregiver services tailored to each client

Caregiver Requirements:

• HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) preferred, but not required—we provide paid training
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a competency exam, drug screening, and national background check
• Dependable, honest, and caring attitude
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others as a caregiver
