Hiring Certified Behavior Technician (CBT)

Pay: $25 - $28 per hour

Join Our Mission at Empower Behavior Solutions: Seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT). Our program is expanding, and we’re looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to work part-time with a 6-year-old client for approximately 15 hours per week.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
  • Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
  • Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
  • Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

What you’ll need:

  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
  • Current CBT certification
  • Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
  • Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
