Schedule:
Full-Time | 4, 10-hour shifts
Compensation:
Based on Licensing
MLT: $28.00 - $44.00 per hour
MT/MLS: $37.00 - $50.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for MLT; $10,000 for MLS/MT
Shift Differential:
Nights: $4.00 per hour;
Weekends: $2.00 per hour

What We Offer
- Status:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week (4, 10-hour shifts) - Schedule:
Rotating shifts starting at 6:30am, 7:30am, or 9:30am; some weekends may be possible - Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for MLT; $10,000 for MLS/MT
- Shift differentials for Nights, Weekends, Preceptor, Call Back

Qualifications
- Active Washington State Medical Assistant – Phlebotomist certification (MA-P)
- Active ASCP (or equivalent) registration as an MLT, MT, or MLS
- BLS certification every 2 years; will help obtain
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, and blood gases) following established procedures
- Accurately document, review, and report patient results, including prompt communication of critical values
- Ensure quality control, troubleshoot issues, and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
- Collect, process, and manage patient specimens in accordance with protocols
- Prioritize and organize workload to meet turnaround time expectations
- Support patient-centered care by communicating effectively with patients, staff, and providers
- Participate in continuing education and contribute to team communication and process improvement
