Provides quality care to patients. Performs Radiology/CT exams proficiently to provide Inland Imaging Radiologist with accurate information for interpretation. Participates in scheduled 24‑hour on‑call availability, assuring evening and weekend coverage. Participates in the growth and development of the DI department and contributes ideas. Brings areas of improvement to the attention of Management.
The Registered Radiological Technologist is responsible for radiological procedures, assisting radiologists, and operating radiographic equipment as outlined in the position description. Typical responsibilities include setting up and conducting radiological procedures and performing quality control and reporting tasks.
Required Qualifications- Coursework/Training:
The equivalent of two years of community college/vocational training in an accredited radiological technologist training program. - Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire.
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year experience or equivalent.
