Location: Grand Coulee
Coulee Medical Center is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our Imaging department team, with $7,500 in bonus eligibility! The Sonographer supports the patient care cycle by performing a variety of imaging procedures, while also ensuring patient safety when conducting these procedures in accordance with state, federal and industry guidelines. This position utilizes strong time management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills to maintain patient flow while balancing the emergent/stat studies needed.
The Sonographer is expected to stay current with industry technology, and educated on changes and improvements in their field of expertise. The Sonographer maintains a close working relationship with medical providers, nursing and other staff members. This position supports the Imaging team in a manner consistent with the mission and vision of Coulee Medical Center. The work schedule for this position is three 12‑hour shifts per week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Graduate of a 2‑year allied‑health education program.
- Must be registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
- Current BLS certification.
- $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus (paid upon hire)
- $2,500 1‑year Retention Bonus
- $2,500 2‑year Retention Bonus
- Any person who has been employed with Coulee Medical Center in the last 24 months is not eligible to receive recruitment related sign‑on and/or retention bonuses.

The pay grade range for this position has been finalized for the facility according to an evaluation of the roles’ duties and requirements. The selected candidate will be placed within the appropriate range based on job knowledge, skills, education and experience.
