Colville, WA | $53–$60/hour

At Colville Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia, we serve with love to make life full of purpose—for our residents and our team. We’re growing our in-house therapy program and launching new outpatient services, and we’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who wants to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a close-knit, supportive environment.

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll help residents regain independence, confidence, and quality of life. You’ll evaluate needs, create individualized treatment plans, and work closely with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver compassionate, effective care.

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team-based care environment
• Commitment to ethical care and patient confidentiality
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Washington State or Multi-State OT license
• Long-term care experience preferred (6+ months)

Qualifications

Education:

Must have graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy.

Licenses/Certification:

Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

Current CPR certification.

Experience:

Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
