Job SummaryThe Occupational Therapist at Mount Carmel Hospital-Colville provides patient assessments, develops treatment goals, and implements occupational therapy programs under the guidance of Rehabilitation Services management and physician referrals. This part-time day shift role requires a valid Washington Occupational Therapist License and BLS certification.
SchedulePart-time, day shift, 0.5 FTE.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs, develop treatment goals, and plan and implement occupational therapy programs.
- Utilize a variety of professional occupational therapy procedures.
- Reflect the philosophy and mission of Providence Health and Services in behavior practices.
- Sufficient for license/registration.
- Washington Occupational Therapist License required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) required upon hire.

- Hiring bonus of $7,500 for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Pay range: $39.75 - $61.71 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
