We're hiring 1099 PAs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

• You set your own schedule. You are never told when to work. Pick your days, hours, and weekly volume.
• High visit volume. With one of the largest assessment networks in the industry, we have the patient volume to keep your schedule full.
• Low-stress clinical work. No prescribing. No treatment changes. No follow-up calls. No supervising physician headaches. Complete the visit, submit the form, done.
• New grads welcome. One of the few PA roles where you can start without prior experience — and without competing against years of specialty experience for the same opening.

• Base rate of $70 per completed assessment.
• Tiered pay structure:
  Your per-visit rate increases as you commit to more hours per month.
• 6–11 visits/day = $420-$900.
• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.).
• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state.

• Pre-scheduled visits with pre-populated patient forms.
• Visits span multiple counties in your assigned region — broader coverage means more visits and higher earning potential.
• 60 hours/month minimum commitment.
• No nights or weekends required.
• Short-term and long-term contracts available.
• Travel assignments available — airfare, hotel, and rental car covered (eligibility-based).
• Malpractice insurance included.

• Active, unrestricted state PA license.
• Current NCCPA certification (PA-C).
• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome — no minimum experience required.
