Kintsugi Physical Therapy & Wellness in Normandy Park, WA is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our growing team.

Founded by Christi Riley, PT, DPT, Kintsugi is a leading outpatient orthopedics clinic specializing in evidence-based functional manual therapy and neural facilitative exercise, with subspecialties in sports training, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, TMD, golf rehab, bike fitting, Pilates, and yoga.

This role involves performing comprehensive evaluations, developing and delivering individualized, hands‑on treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare providers, and continuously monitoring and progressing patient care.

Qualified candidates hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and are licensed in Washington State (or in the process), with strong clinical reasoning, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Two to three years of outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State licensure to practice physical therapy.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Two to three years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs.
  • Create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving patient goals.
  • Directly provide hands‑on treatment according to the established plan.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in outpatient settings is a plus.
