Experienced Caregiver Opportunities

Locations:
Bremerton, Silverdale, Port Orchard, Kingston, Poulsbo, and surrounding areas.

Salary: $23.54 – $28.53 per hour, paid caregiver training and health insurance, and a host of benefits including medical, vision, dental, paid time off, and more.

Registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization since 1979, we provide services to diverse communities in Washington state, including senior wellness, in‑home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation.

On a typical day you will assist clients with morning routines, daily activities, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and conversations, providing compassionate care and companionship.

• Be 18 years old or older.
• Have reliable personal transportation.
• Hold a valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a specified time.
• Pass a criminal history and reference check.

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Flexible scheduling: work part‑time or full‑time as desired. No minimum hours required; choose preferred days, times, and locations.
