The Occupational Therapist in Home Health will assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions.
Primary Responsibilities:- Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.
- Evaluate the patient's functional status and occupational therapy needs; consult with the physician in developing the therapy plan of care.
- Observe, record, and report to the nurse supervisor and physician the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
- Conduct patient assessments evaluating the level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests.

Required Qualifications:- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Washington.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of client demographics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Pay Range:
$88,665 - $132,997 annual total cash target pay.
Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full-time employment (40 weekly hours) at full productivity and generally follows the range above. Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, and work experience. The role includes two types of compensation: per visit point rate for visits and hourly rate for non‑visit activities such as orientation.
