• Report to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy programs and activities based on recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and assess patient progress.
• Address each patient as an individual and collaborate with peers.
• Provide referrals as needed to support patient outcomes.
• Prioritize patient and family needs, ensuring high‑quality, compassionate service.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (AOTA & ACOTE standards).
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

USD $40.00 – $45.00 per hour, plus a $7,500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions.
