• Shift schedule:
  Nights, 12‑hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Provide direct patient care in a 10‑bed ER, including cardiac, stroke, sepsis, and trauma alert protocols.
• Assist interdisciplinary teams (physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, social services, rapid response).
• Float between units as required.
• Complete required documentation using Epic charting system.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.

• Valid Washington or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience with patient ratios 3-4.
• Experience in community hospital settings.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system.
• Preferred: interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of ventilated patients, central line care/management, multisystem organ failure.
• Prepared for 10‑bed ER environment and float rotations.
