Location: Clallam Bay, WA

Yearly Salary: $141,288-$190,056

• Oversee mental health services across all custody levels at CBCC.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of five mental health professionals.
• Conduct monthly supervisory conferences and employee performance evaluations.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings, in‑service training, and promote teamwork.
• Perform diagnostic, treatment, and crisis intervention functions for inmates.
• Develop procedures to improve department functioning and integration with overall institutional operations.
• Conduct formal assessments, chart reviews, and provide group and individual counseling.

• One year of postdoctoral psychology experience.
• Valid Washington State license to practice psychology.
• Experience independently developing and linking client needs with resources.

• Three years of postdoctoral experience, including forensic psychology (desired).
• Experience working with mentally ill individuals in a maximum‑security facility (desired).
