The Licensed Therapist will provide high‑quality behavioral health services to patients via a hybrid model of telemedicine and in‑person care.

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT); other Oregon licenses preferred.
• Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents or across the lifespan.
• Resident within commutable distance of the West Linn, OR clinic.

• Compensation up to $141,000 per year, with no cap.
