• Provide companionship and meaningful social connection
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• Help with meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with transportation and errands
• Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Active HCA, CNA, or NAR certification required, or proof of active enrollment in a certification program
• Ability to pass a background check and meet Washington State hiring requirements
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
• Strong desire to improve the lives of seniors
• Willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback
