Trauma, Stroke, and Cardiac Program Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trauma, Stroke, and Cardiac Program Manager to lead and coordinate our specialized clinical programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care and operational excellence within a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of trauma, stroke, and cardiac care programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care pathways and improve clinical outcomes.
  • Monitor program performance metrics, analyze data, and develop strategies for continuous quality improvement.
  • Provide education and training to staff on trauma, stroke, and cardiac protocols and procedures.
  • Coordinate with hospital administration, physicians, and community partners to promote program growth and community outreach initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure efficient program operations.
  • Stay current with advancements in trauma, stroke, and cardiac care to incorporate innovative practices into programs.

Skills and

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field;
    Master's degree preferred.
  • Valid clinical license or certification relevant to healthcare management.
  • Proven experience in managing clinical programs within a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of trauma, stroke, and cardiac care standards and protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and community partners.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records.

Wage range $ 43.76 hr.

- $ 66.47 hr. – DOE

Mid-Valley Hospital offers a benefit package. This includes accrued vacation time in the amount of .09615 vacation hours per hour worked. Accrued sick leave at an accrual of.04615 per hour, Life insurance and a profit-sharing plan. We also offer medical, dental and vision insurance plans. Employees can enroll in a 403(b) deferred compensation plan and/or a 457 deferred compensation plan.
