Caregiver Responsibilities As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by:

• Providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Providing medication reminders and daily living assistance
• Working in clients' homes with flexible shifts tailored to your availability

Caregiver Requirements To succeed as a Caregiver, you should have:

• HCA or CNA certification preferred (not required—we pay for Caregiver training!)
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and competency evaluation
• A compassionate, dependable, and motivated attitude
• A passion for helping others as a professional Caregiver
