The Acute Care Physical Therapist will primarily work in inpatient therapy, focusing on high‑quality rehabilitation care. The role may involve floating between facilities based on patient and departmental needs.

• Evaluate and implement therapy interventions for patients with acute conditions.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and families regarding care and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the charting system.

• Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license or Compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Competency in Epic charting system.
