Position Overview

This posting covers three related positions:
Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant Registered WA, and Associate Medical Assistant. Candidates qualified for any of these are encouraged to apply.

• Assist licensed practitioners by performing basic and advanced patient care under their delegation.
• Execute clinical duties such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
• Perform administrative tasks to support patient care workflow.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulations in all clinical and administrative activities.

• Graduate of an accredited school with hands‑on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program.
• Completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant including: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Medical Assistant Certification.
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• 6 months of Healthcare experience.
• 6 months of Medical Assistant experience.

• Upon hire:
  National Medical Assistant Certification.

Bothell, WA Min: $22.62, Max $35.22

• Within 60 days of hire:
  Washington Medical Assistant Registration.
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• 6 months of Healthcare experience.
• 6 months of Medical Assistant experience.

• Coursework/Training in Medical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, Medical Secretary or Health Unit Coordinator/Clerk.

Bothell, WA Min: $21.35, Max $31.98

• Graduate of an accredited school with hands‑on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program.
• Completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant including: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Medical Assistant Certification.
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting (0-6 months).

• Coursework/Training in Medical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, Medical Secretary or Health Unit Coordinator/Clerk.
• 6 months prior experience providing high‑level customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
• 6 months previous experience in a healthcare setting working with an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
