Full-Time, Part‑Time, PRN - Pay Range: $45–$50+ per hour (DOE)

- Advanced Treatment Modalities: On‑site access to E‑stim, Ultrasound, and Diathermy, with opportunities for PAM Certification.

- Deliver high‑quality occupational therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and OT direction.
- Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes in compliance with state and board requirements.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to train Restorative Aides and support ongoing patient mobility.
- Communicate patient progress and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive treatment environment.
