• Pay Range: $45–$50+ per hour (DOE)

• Deliver high‑quality occupational therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and OT direction.
• Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes in compliance with state and board requirements.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to train Restorative Aides and support ongoing patient mobility.
• Communicate patient progress and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive treatment environment.
