Overview
:
Seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13‑week travel assignment beginning 05/18/2026. The role is 8‑hour days, 40 hours per week, providing rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing/LTC setting.

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation, evaluating medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for recovery.
• Provide direct patient care to assess and improve patient conditions.
• Establish and administer individualized treatment programs with goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction.
• Set realistic and achievable goals, document progress, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
• Develop a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan and modify care to meet therapy goals, and collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate patient outcomes.

• Graduated from an accredited PT school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or proactively in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience developing comprehensive treatment plans and delivering skilled PT services.

Job . Pay package based on 8.0‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
