The Health Unit Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to Express Care,Primary Care, and Specialty services. This role includes managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and facilitating communication with insurance companies, healthcare professionals,patients and families.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
