Provide outpatient physical therapy services to inpatient and outpatient populations, focusing on direct patient care, timely documentation, and collaboration with the care team.
Key Duties- Deliver therapy services
- Maintain accurate records
- Work within a multidisciplinary team
Valid Washington PT license, at least 1 year of experience, current references, and PT (Compact accepted).
