Physical Therapist – Licensed – Cherrelyn Healthcare Center

• Evaluate residents’ physical function and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and balance.
• Assist residents with gait training, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care.
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals, safety, and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on resident progress.

• Current Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both as a team player and independently.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
• Genuine passion for helping seniors improve mobility and independence.

Competitive salary: $45.00–$48.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
