Physical Therapist – Licensed – Cherrelyn Healthcare Center
Part‑time and full‑time positions available.
Job OverviewJoin our team of compassionate professionals dedicated to improving the lives of seniors.
Responsibilities- Evaluate residents’ physical function and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and balance.
- Assist residents with gait training, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care.
- Educate residents and families on therapy goals, safety, and progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on resident progress.
- Current Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both as a team player and independently.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
- Genuine passion for helping seniors improve mobility and independence.
Competitive salary: $45.00–$48.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
