Occupational Therapist – Licensed

We are recruiting a licensed Occupational Therapist to be part of our team at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Stellar Senior Living community. The role will focus on helping residents achieve the highest level of independence and functionality through individualized therapy.

Our dedicated team delivers not only therapy services but also renewed independence, confidence, and quality of life for our residents. You will be a vital part of helping them regain function and live with dignity and purpose.

• Competitive salary: $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist residents with adaptive techniques and use of assistive equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on resident progress

• Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care
• Genuine passion for helping seniors maintain independence
