Location: Cle Elum
Occupational Therapist (OT) - Cle Elum - Full Time (40 hours/week)
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for developing an occupational therapy plan of care based on a complete assessment and the direction of the patient's physician, coordinating services with the other team members involved in the plan‑of‑care. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients to provide assistance with issues affecting performance of activities of daily living, structural environmental or equipment needs.
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program & currently licensed in the State of Washington;
- Current CPR card (maintenance required)
- Lymphedema Therapy
Wage: Wage range currently starts at $42.95/hour and goes up to $65.09/hour. Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week
