Overview
Vista Manor is looking for compassionate CNA night shifts at our Wilbur, WA community. Our 16-bed Expanded Assisted Living Facility provides a family‑oriented culture for all staff and residents.
We are looking for caregivers that are NAC, HCA or NAR licensed. If the applicant was previously licensed within the last two years, we will hire based on the renewal of the license. We hire team‑oriented individuals that present well to residents, families, and staff. We help our staff recognize the significance they bring to other lives and the power of purpose.
ProgramWe are also in the planning stages for rolling out a life and career coaching program as a free optional benefit for our employees. We focus on supporting our team with professional and personal development opportunities.

Pay: $18.50 - $24.50 per hour
