- Conduct all diagnostic hearing evaluations for new and existing hearing‑aid users, including testing, selling, fitting, and ongoing care
- Handle all selling functions, including payments and accounts‑receivable monitoring to ensure full collection
- Perform financing checks and approvals, review patient signatures, and manage payment processing
- Assist with insurance verification and follow‑up on benefits/authorizations
- Execute tested‑not‑sold follow‑up to advance each sale
- Assist with onboarding and pre‑qualifying newly scheduled patients
- Conduct outbound calling of target lists to self‑generate hearing evaluations
- Clean and check hearing aids for routine maintenance (as availability permits)
- Proficiency in dispensing and fitting hearing aids
- Ambitious, with strong sales skills and a dedication to excellent service
- Proficiency in audiological assessments and software
- Ability to work independently
- Empathy and commitment to improving patients' quality of life
- Current Washington state licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) or Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD), or eligibility to obtain licensure (assistance provided for out‑of‑state applicants)
- Competitive salary with realistic gross annual income projected at $225K+
