Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the FSED Leadership, the CT/X-Ray technologist is responsible for operating and providing high quality computerized tomography and X-ray to patients in a safe manner for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. The technologist will also be trained on patient care activities such as performing vital signs, EKGs, wound care, orthopedic splinting and other duties as assigned and must present themselves in a professional manner, work well with a multidisciplinary team, have good communication skills, and adhere to KRMC's policies and Vision Statement.
Responsibilities• Operate computerized tomography and X-ray systems.
• Perform vital signs, EKGs, wound care, orthopedic splinting, and other patient care duties as required.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and competency assessments.
Full-time, 36 hours weekly, Variable shift.
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Obtain Washington Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
- Obtain National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- Obtain National Registered Technologist – Radiography – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
- Within 1 year of hire:
National Registered Technologist – Computed Tomography, or - Within 1 year of hire:
National Computed Tomography Technologist – Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board. - Within 60 days of hire:
Medical Assistant – Registered.
- Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging, or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Imaging.
- 1 year experience as a registered technologist performing CT Scan and X-Ray.

Wage range for this position is $39.56 – $62.84 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
