Willapa Behavioral Health and Wellness is searching for a full-time, compassionate Wrap Around Intensive Services Therapist to work with youth near the Pacific Coast in Montesano, WA. ResponsibilitiesProvides wrap‑around intensive services to youth and families, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support therapeutic goals and promote overall well‑being.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Washington State Certification as a Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) or equivalent preferred.
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or equivalent licensed professional preferred.
- Experience working with youth in an intensive therapeutic setting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
