Rural Staffing Services is supporting Klickitat Valley Health in recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join their rehabilitation team.

Occupational therapy plays a critical role in helping patients regain independence, adapt to challenges, and return to meaningful daily life.
In this role, you will work directly with patients to support both physical and cognitive recovery, helping them build confidence and function in real world settings.

Provide occupational therapy services across inpatient, swing bed, and outpatient settings
Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Support patients in regaining physical and cognitive function
Guide patients through activities of daily living, functional tasks, and therapeutic exercises
Adapt treatment approaches based on patient progress and goals
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Part time position
Twenty two hours per week
Day shift
Supportive and collaborative care environment
Opportunity to work across multiple care settings
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license
Basic Life Support certification
One year of occupational therapy experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a care team
A patient centered and compassionate approach to care
Hourly pay within the stated range depending on experience
