Physical Therapist, Masters Degree from an accredited physical therapy program, Experience working directly with patients in a long term care or hospital setting, Current Physical Therapist state license, Current Basic Life Support (BLS).

Possess documentation skills, have excellent verbal communication, provide satisfactory patient services, be a team player, Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
