Physical Therapist Opportunity
Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity at Rehab Visions South Bend PT & Sports Medicine Clinic in South Bend, Washington – OP clinic owned & operated by Rehab Visions since 2015.
90% OP and 10% IP anticipated caseload
This is a growth position
Pay range $39 – $45 per hour, depending on experience
Quality-of-care bonus opportunities that include cash incentives
Sign-on bonus eligible to be taken as cash, student loan assistance, or career development, or a combination
Housing stipend of $1,000 per month for the first 6 months of employment

Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete documentation
- Plan, market and develop new programs
- Communicate with patients, patients' families and physicians and staff
- Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
- Assist in the general operation of the department
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master's degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
- Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
