- BLS
- Physical Therapist
- Masters Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Experience:
Experience working directly with patients in a long term care or hospital setting - Current Physical Therapist state license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Skills/Abilities
Required:
Possess documentation skills, have excellent verbal communication, provide satisfactory patient services, be a team player, Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide are appropriate to the age of the patients served.
