Schedule / Job Type: Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | Outpatient Clinic Setting

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans in an outpatient clinic setting
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate degree)
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington or ability to obtain prior to start
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient or clinic-based physical therapy setting
• Experience with a diverse patient population across various diagnoses and conditions
