Physical Therapy - PTA SNF

This position is for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. This is a permanent placement opportunity offering a pay range of $33–$37/hour, with relocation assistance and sign-on incentives available for qualified candidates. The PTA supports rehabilitation efforts to help patients regain mobility and functional independence.

Requirements:
Candidates must hold an active PTA license and have completed an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Experience in SNF, rehab, or long-term care settings is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills are required.

The PTA will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility work, and use of assistive devices. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, documenting therapy sessions, communicating updates to the supervising PT, and collaborating with the care team to ensure effective recovery and safe discharge planning.
