Registrar – Part Time

Part-Time 20hrs/week
Summary:

Patient Registration staff complete comprehensive patient registrations for all individuals seeking care at EARH, including laboratory, radiology, physical therapy, the rural health clinic, and the walk-in clinic.

• Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate department / staff member.
• Performs detailed, accurate registration and scheduling of all patients to assure smooth workflow and productivity for staff and providers.
• Maintains the integrity of the demographic information of the patient, insured, guarantor and insurance company.
• Displays a broad understanding of clinic function and flow as well as issues relevant to the comfort and care of patients during clinic encounters.
• Maintained strict confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI) and personnel records in full compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Pass a Washington State Patrol Identification and Criminal History Check

• Washington Paid Sick Leave
• Wage: $19.12-$26.47 DOE
