Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full-Time Clinician (NP or PA) to provide in-home health evaluations in Wenatchee and surrounding areas. Visits run about 45 minutes with a focus on health questions, medication/medical history review, and physical evaluation.
Use an iPad workflow; no prescriptions or labs required unless ordered by the plan. Anticipated weekly hours are 40; travel locally within licensed states is supported.
