Assured Home Health, a part of LHC Group, is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington to support patients at home under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
You will educate patients and families, assist with gait, mobility, ADLs, and transfers, and coordinate with the care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate home health services.
Requirements include active WA PTA license, weekend availability, and a valid driver's license; CPR certification is preferred.
