Job Summary:

A licensed Physical Therapist provides skilled rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing degenerative conditions. They develop personalized treatment plans to promote mobility and reduce pain, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on assessments.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function.
• Educate patients and families on prescribed exercises and strategies to support recovery.
• Keep detailed documentation of patient progress, care plans, and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal recovery.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in patient interactions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Possess current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within six months of employment.
• Demonstrate strong documentation, communication, and patient care skills.
• Have experience working with patients in long-term care or hospital settings.
• Be able to assess and address patient needs across diverse age groups and backgrounds.
