Speech Therapy - Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

This position is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. This is a permanent placement opportunity offering a pay range of $45–$50/hour, with relocation assistance and sign-on incentives available for qualified candidates. The SLP provides therapy services to patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, helping improve communication and overall quality of life.

Requirements:
Candidates must hold an active SLP license and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA CCC certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred or required depending on the state. Experience in rehabilitation, SNF, or clinical settings is preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills are essential.

Procedures The SLP will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy interventions including speech/language therapy, cognitive therapy, and dysphagia management. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, adjusting care plans, documenting sessions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes and safe discharge planning.
