• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 1 year customer service or healthcare registration

• Coursework/Training:
  Some college level coursework particularly in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistance
• National Certification of CHAA (upon hire)
• Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) (upon hire)
• Registrar and third party payor experience

Pay Range: $17.45 – $26.73 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
