The PT - Physical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ocala, FL. The Physical Therapist will assess patients’ functional status, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to support recovery, pain management, and mobility improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evaluations, implementing rehabilitation programs, monitoring patient progress, and documenting care in alignment with clinical and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

The Physical Therapist may provide services in clinic and home care settings, educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and long-term wellness strategies.

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse patient populations.
• Hands‑on experience in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality Home Care services, including patient education and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in outpatient and home health settings.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to inclusive, patient‑centered care.
• Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and therapeutic exercises, and to work on‑site in a clinical environment.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or billing‑focused organization is beneficial, along with familiarity with electronic health records.
