Full-Time-NOC Shift

The EARH Care Coordinator positions are part of a Care Coordination TEAM that provides a host of responsibilities that support all clinical departments and providers. The overall responsibility is to provide services the patient needs from and to the clinical teams. The TEAM provides 24 x 7 support and as such schedules are amendable to shifting from time to time to meet patient and clinical team support.

• Rooming of patients and taking and recording of vitals for walk-in clinic and emergency department
• Responding to patient portal (Ask Your Doctor) questions (within scope)
• Medical record requests
• Patient referrals both inbound and outbound
• Rooming as trained
• POCT test as trained
• Patient care duties
• Other RN delegated duties
• Room turn over
• Insert and process EMS/Ambulance medical and billing records
• Registration of ER/ Walk-in patients
• Other medical document processing as assigned and trained

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current WA State NA-C
• CPR/BLS
