Steps is seeking a part-time to full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative early support team. In this role, you’ll work with children ages 1–6 with developmental delays and disabilities, conducting assessments, setting individualized goals, and guiding families with practical strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Services are delivered in natural settings, including the family home and community space, helping children develop skills within the routines and relationships that matter most.
As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in supporting caregiver confidence and celebrating each child’s progress.
Steps is a non-profit agency established in 1985. We provide in-home therapy, education, and parent support for infants and toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays on Whidbey Island, San Juan County, and Anacortes, WA. Additionally, we also provide ABA services to children ages 1–6 in Whidbey Island with plans to extend this service to Anacortes and San Juan County. - WA State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) according to minimum standards of the State of Washington
- Have a master’s degree in ABA, education, psychology or similar field
- Have a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- First Aid, Infant/Child CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogens training
- Demonstrate computer competency
- The compensation range for this position is $40.05–$57.26 per hour based on the experience level and credentials of the candidate
