Medical Assistant Trainee (Earn While You Learn)

No experience? No problem. We will provide the training and cover the costs for your registration.

This is a "Bridge-to-Career" position. You will start as a trainee, learning the ropes of a clinical environment through hands‑on experience. We will support you through your Medical Assistant Registration process while paying you a full‑time wage.

• On‑the‑Job Training:
  Learn vitals, patient intake, and clinical workflows from our experienced team.
• Certification Support:
  We cover the cost of your MA training.
• Mentorship:
  Direct guidance from nurses and providers.

• Greet patients and help them feel comfortable during their visit.
• Assist clinical staff with basic tasks (taking weight/height, rooming patients).
• Maintain clean and organized exam rooms.
• Learn to use Electronic Health Records (EHR) to document patient information.
• Provide empathetic care to a diverse population with varied needs.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• A commitment to completing the MA registration within 60 days of hire.
• Bilingual skills are a huge plus, especially Spanish.
